If you are new to Buddhism and want to see what it is like, you could try an online session. We will introduce you to and lead you though the meditations, so you don’t need any previous experience.
The online classes are also for those who have been to the Buddhist Centre before and want to be led in meditation or learn more via an online option. They’re a great way to stay connected if you can’t make it to the centre for whatever reason.
