March event with Suddhimani
A women’s morning focusing on Earth-touching Locana, the calm blue heart-companion and female counterpart to Akshobya. Associated with Spring, and new beginnings. Locana is associated with water’s mirror-like stillness.
While we may not understand perfect stillness, and our emotional waters may not always be unruffled and serene, our commitment to practice can help us feel held on the journey of becoming more contented, stable and wise.
Session from 10:30am – 1pm
An opportunity to meet and practise with other women in the Sangha. The morning will include meditation, discussion, Dharma and ritual. Open to all women and those who identify as female or non-binary, who have completed an introductory course.
From 2025, these mornings will be every fourth Saturday of the month due to clashes with festival dates.
