Trusting our experience… and finding next steps to live authentically.
These sessions are opportunities to more deeply explore whatever may be relevant for you. We will do this in pairs or small groups with an emphasis on deep listening. To engage with each other in mutually supportive ways can be a radical practice – one in which we are ever learners.
Occasionally, there will be short inputs on method to support our practice. You are invited to bring your own themes.
To participate you should have completed at least two introductory courses at the Buddhist centre.
