Sunday Series with Dhammaloka

It is not necessary to attend each session, but please register as there will be a maximum of 10 participants
How exactly did the celebrated Anuruddhas* communicate when they broke silence and collaboratively inquired into their practice, experience and understanding of the Dharmalife? We will never know for sure, but we can certainly learn to listen deeply into what we ourselves and others experience, to sensitively put it into words and to engage with one another in mutually supportive ways. Such communication can be a radical practice – one in which we every participant is a learner.
We will practise in pairs or small groups, with periods of silent meditation and plenary exchange in between.
To participate you should have completed at least two introductory courses at the Buddhist centre.
