Our busy and frantic lives can often leave us feeling disconnected, distracted, and weary. Meditation can help. Finding a few moments in our day can help us take time out from the daily hustle of life, bringing a sense of calm, joy, and connection with ourselves and others.
Join us for our next monthly gathering for people of colour* for introductory guided meditations from experienced meditators from our people of colour team. Feel connected, experience calm, and learn ways of creating space and joy in your life.
*Our People of Colour events are gatherings for people who come from the richly diverse lived experiences of these intentionally welcomed identities: Black, and people of colour inclusive of Asian, Southeast Asian, Latinx, Arab/Middle Eastern, biracial, mixed heritage, and multiracial.
This event is run by donation. People are welcome to come along after 10am for a cuppa and chat with the team if they’d like.
