This class will be moving in person, and onto a Thursday lunchtime in 2024.
Our led meditation classes are perfect for both those wanting to try meditation for the first time as well as those more experienced but looking for a space to be led through meditation with others. All are welcome. We will introduce you to and lead you though the meditations, either a mindfulness of breathing, or metta bhavana practice.
