How to be a ‘Living Bridge’ of connection and transformation

This experiential workshop draws on the Buddha’s teaching of conditionality, awareness, and insight. We will look into how conflict and polarisation is showing up in our lives and communities; and draw out how our unique lineage of value can play a part in building the conditions for creative action in area’s of conflict that are important to us.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to-
Identify how conflict/polarisation is showing up in our lives and communities.
Choose one of these that you would like to make a difference to.
Have the space to identify and share the lineage/roots of what is currently important to you.
Find the wisdom in these roots that can inform skilful means to take action and make a difference.

Devise a clear and manageable next step.

This workshop is open to all who are looking to turn towards the theme of conflict. No previous experience or meditation/buddhist practice required.

Did you know: Living root bridges are a type of simple suspension bridge formed of living plant roots by tree shaping. They are common in the North-Eastern part of India. They last up to 500 years and make connections across rivers and ravines.
