This day workshop is similar to our popular evening introductory courses, but condensed into one whole day.
Learn 3 different meditations, and explore some basic teachings of Buddhism which can help us navigate the world today.

This event is great if you’ve never tried any meditation, if you’ve used apps or read books but would like some in person guidance, or if you just need a bit of a refresher.
