POSITIVE WAYS OF LIVING COURSE

Join this 6 week exploration of Meditation and Buddhism. Learn 3 types of meditation, some input on core Buddhist teachings and the chance to explore the ideas with others. The course can help with navigating difficult emotions, finding more stability and peace of mind and time to connect to yourself and others.

Tuesdays from 16 April (six weeks), 7:15-9:15pm (doors open 7.00pm)
