Metta as a way of life.
With Shuddhakirti and Dharmada
Can developing Metta take us all the way to Enlightenment?
The sublime words of The Buddha would suggest that it can.
Across the six weeks, through short talks, meditation workshops and discussion, we will explore going deeper in our practice of cultivating Metta both ‘on and off the cushion’. In particular looking at how practising metta, can be a way of life.
Who is this course for?
