Celebrating the Buddhist Path: The Great Way

Hosted by Balajit and friends

For thousands of years the dharma or Buddhist teachings have transformed peoples lives. Today we will sense into and reflect on the dharma and the impact practising is having on our lives.

Join us for a day of meditation, dharma exploration, short talks, puja and a shared lunch. Whether you are relatively new to the centre or have been coming for decades, we will come together to practice and explore this theme!

Bring veggie/vegan food for shared lunch. You are welcome to only attend part of the day, please join or leave during a break. Check full programme below:

10am Doors open

10:15 Chanting and Meditation

11:00 Tea Break

11:20 Power to Liberate Workshop: The impact of the dharma in our lives, including a short talk from Colin

1pm Shared Lunch

2:00 Simple mindful movement and meditation

2:30 Karaniya Metta Sutta – Two short talks from Natalie and Parveen and small group discussion

3:45 Tea Break

4:00 Special Puja to Amitabha with Dharmada and Matty

5pm Finish
