Meditation for Regulars

Following Government guidance we have suspended classes at the Buddhist Centre. Our online classes continue.

Wherever you are, try to be mindful and take care of yourselves and others.

Silent Meditation Mornings (online, but at the Buddhist Centre from 5 December)  – every Saturday

10am-1pm every Saturday

Led by Prajnabandhu, a chance to spend a bit more time in meditation than we might manage at home.  The morning will consist of three meditations, and it is possible just to come along for the first one or two if you’ve not time for three.  Suitable for those familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.

You can log-in here 10.00-10.15am.

No charge – please make a donation.

From 5 December the Silent Meditation Mornings will again be at the Buddhist Centre. Please read our important information about attending an event at the Buddhist Centre and book your place for each morning here.

Double Meditation – Tuesday evening (currently suspended)

Every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm.  A double meditation with silent break half-way through, beginning with a bodyscan. No charge – please make a donation.
