Meditation for Regulars

Online Meditation Hall – every day 8.00-9.00am

The Zoom Meditation Hall will be open between 8.00 and 9.00 every morning. Note: You may be prompted to sign into your own Zoom account before you can enter. But you can arrive when you like, leave when you like and come in as often as you like. Simply practise in the virtual company of others.

Silent Meditation Mornings – every Saturday 10.00am-1.00pm at the Buddhist Centre

Led by Prajnabandhu, a chance to spend a bit more time in meditation than we might otherwise by ourselves.  The morning will consist of three meditations, and it is possible just to come along for the first one or two if you’ve not time for three.  Suitable for those familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.
