Meditation for Regulars

We are gradually restarting classes at the Buddhist Centre, including Sangha Night and Introductory Courses but places are limited so booking is essential. Our online classes will continue for the time being.

Wherever you are, try to be mindful and take care of yourselves and others.

Silent Meditation Mornings – every Saturday (from 10 October)

10am-1pm every Saturday

Led by Prajnabandhu, a chance to spend a bit more time in meditation than we might manage at home.  The morning will consist of three meditations, and it is possible just to come along for the first one or two if you’ve not time for three.  Suitable for those familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.

Places are limited. To be able to come along you need to read our important information about attending an event at the Buddhist Centre and then book your place for each Saturday.

Double Meditation – Tuesday evening (currently suspended)

Every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm.  A double meditation with silent break half-way through, beginning with a bodyscan. No charge – please make a donation.
