Meditation for Regulars

In the light of public health guidance, we have suspended our classes at the Buddhist Centre for the time being. Introductory Classes, Going Deeper and Sangha Night continue online at with an amended programme.

There is also a lot of useful and inspirational material freely available at Triratna’s online Buddhist Centre and Free Buddhist Audio.

Wherever you are, try to be mindful and take care of yourselves and others.

Double Meditation – Tuesday evening

Every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm.  A double meditation with silent break half-way through, beginning with a bodyscan. No charge – please make a donation.

Silent Meditation Mornings – every Saturday

10am-1pm every Saturday

A chance to spend a bit more time in meditation than we might manage at home.  The morning will consist of three meditations, and it is possible just to come along for the first one or two if you’ve not time for three.  Suitable for those familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.  No charge – please make a donation.  Led by Prajnabandhu.
