Meditation for Regulars

Online Meditation Hall – every day 8.00-10.00am

Would you like to meditate regularly with others in our sangha? Follow your own practices, no chat, no teaching, no bells, simply meditating together? The Zoom Meditation Hall will be open between 8.00 and 10.00 every morning. Note: You may be prompted to sign into your own Zoom account before you can enter. But you can arrive when you like, leave when you like and come in as often as you like. Simply practise in the virtual company of others.

If you’d like to come, please read our guidelines and book your place here.

No charge – please make a donation when you book.

Double Meditation – Tuesday evening (currently suspended)
