Explore Meditation and Buddhism in Warwick and Leamington
Warwick Triratna Group runs regular classes on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.45pm.

Occasional courses introduce two meditation practices which you will be able to explore at home. We also explore and discuss different aspects of Buddhism and their relevance to our everyday lives. The whole course is pragmatic and experiential, and is orientated towards teaching us something that will be of practical benefit in our lives. The courses are held in an open and friendly environment alongside like-minded people.
The whole thing is led by a team of friendly and experienced Buddhists; we’re delighted to be sharing something that we’ve benefitted from personally. At all times the invitation is to take on what you appreciate, whilst erring on the side of giving things a go.
Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation (4 weeks)
Starts: 9 April 2019 (7:30pm-9:30pm)
An ideal way to learn meditation through simple, straightforward teaching. Suitable for complete beginners and those with a regular practice. We teach two practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana, focussed on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion and insight.
After the course participants are welcome to join our ongoing weekly Tuesday meeting at the same venue.
Cost: All our courses and weekly classes are run on a donation basis. Suggested £7 a week. Aas a charity we do rely on donations to keep the classes running.
