This summer, we’ll be discovering the heart of the Buddha’s teachings: the Four Noble Truths. Through meditation, reflection and discussions, we’ll delve into the reality of suffering, its causes, and the path to freedom. Join us for this opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with community and explore genuine liberation.

July’s session invites us to explore the third Noble Truth: the possibility of freedom from suffering. The team will guide us through a deeper understanding of craving and desires, and how letting go has a tangible impact in bringing peace, freedom and clarity to our day-to-day lives.

Our People of Colour events are gatherings for people who come from the richly diverse lived experiences of these intentionally welcomed identities: Black, and people of colour inclusive of Asian, South East Asian, Latinx, Arab/Middle Eastern, biracial, mixed heritage, and multiracial.
