People of Colour Meditation
Saturday 14th June

Led by people of colour for people of colour.

A friendly, engaging, and informal get together, creating a welcoming space for people of colour to learn to meditate, connect and deepen their practice.

This summer, we’ll be discovering the heart of the Buddha’s teachings: the Four Noble Truths. Through meditation, reflection and discussions, we’ll delve into the reality of suffering, its causes, and the path to freedom. Join us for this opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with community and explore genuine liberation.

June will see us exploring the second Noble Truth: Craving Is the Root of Suffering. Jayabodhi will guide us through a deeper understanding, as well as the tangible impact of this Noble Truth in our day-to-day lives.

Free – donations welcome: take what you need, give what you can.

Our People of Colour events are gatherings for people who come from the richly diverse lived experiences of these intentionally welcomed identities: Black, and people of colour inclusive of Asian, South East Asian, Latinx, Arab/Middle Eastern, biracial, mixed heritage, and multiracial.
