Thursdays 6.00-7.15pm, 12 September-31 October
This 8-week course is suitable for complete beginners and provides a step-by-step introduction into basic asana as well as the principles of Iyengar yoga. Students will learn the use of props, how to work in the poses and be in a position by the end of the course to attend any of the beginner classes with confidence. This course will replace the beginners class that currently runs on Thursday evenings, for the duration of the course. Price £65 (£50 concessions). Bookings essential.
