Friday 26 – Sunday 28 July at Anybody’s Barn
This retreat led by Karunavajra, Shubhra and Vipulakirti is suitable for anyone who has been practising the the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations for at least 6 months.
Of all the colourful figures in Buddhism, White Tara is perhaps the most beautiful. She represents, in female form, many of the lovely qualities of the enlightened mind. During this weekend we will be exploring many of these qualities and experiencing how contemplating White Tara can aid our meditation, and our ethical practice, and bring more beauty into our lives.
Booking is essential – contact the Buddhist Centre Office on email@example.com or 0121 449 5279. Full rate £110, concessionary rate £70. There is a non-refundable deposit of £45 to secure your place.
