Uncontrived Mindfulness: the Mystery of Awareness
Sunday 20 September, 10.30am-12.30pm then 2.00pm-4.00pm (with tea breaks to break up the zooming!)
Suitable for those who have been meditating regularly for one year
A day of meditation and input with some discussion looking at how Right Mindfulness, Right Effort and Right View work together as a path to a more sane, awake and wise life. Awareness alone is not enough, but when combined with Right View we bring together the conditions to see things as they really are and come to understand the simplicity, beauty and profundity of the Buddha’s teaching.
Vajradevi lives in Shrewsbury and is an experienced meditation teacher, regularly leading retreats around Triratna. You can find out more about her here: https://uncontrivedmindfulness.wordpress.com/
The event will be on Zoom. To book a place email the office at: email@example.com. We will then email you the Zoom link ahead of the day.
