Meditation Sesshin Day

Sesshin is a period of intensive meditation. It’s a term, often used in the Zen tradition, meaning “touching the heart-mind”.

Both the morning and afternoon periods will include sitting and walking meditation, as well as a silent tea break. A chance to open up and cultivate skilful qualities, such as deeper awareness and positive emotions. The meditations are unled so you need to be confident with Triratna meditation practices to attend.

Please come for the whole day if you can, though you may leave, or join, at lunch if you need to. Bring vegan or veggie food to share for lunch. Please make a donation towards the running costs of the Buddhist Centre.
