Drop-in Weekly Communal PracticeA drop-in evening of silent meditation practice. Tuesdays 7.15pm - 9.00pm, £5 (£2.50 concession) The Over 40'sMediation and devotional practice for those who have a daily meditation practice of 40+ minutes. Saturdays 10am- 12.45pm (by donation)
