New Year Meditation

2-4pm Meditation Sesshin

Led by Singhamati. Sesshin is a period of intensive meditation. The term, often used in the Zen tradition, literally means “touching the heart-mind”. Both the morning and afternoon sesshin will include periods of meditation in all four traditional postures: sitting, walking, standing and lying down. Join us to start the New Year making space for more meditation. A chance to open up to and cultivate such skilful qualities as deeper awareness and positive emotions.

Please come for the whole programme if you can. If not, you are welcome to attend for the morning or afternoon sesshin. Bring vegan or vegetarian food to share.
