Held on the same week at Triratna Centres around the world, International Practice Week offers an opportunity to deepen our practice in our daily lives. This year’s theme is “Turning Arrows into Flowers”, drawing on the enlightenment experience of the Buddha and the Seven-Point Mind Training.
There will be full day retreats (10.00am-5.00pm) on Saturday 22 and Saturday 29 September, led by Khemadana – please bring vegan or vegetarian food to share – and other support to help us to meet the challenges of practising the Dharma in the context of our everyday lives. At the start of the week we will set up practices to help us meet our daily challenges, and review at the end of the week how we can maintain the momentum of our Dharma practice.
Booking esential: Call the Buddhist Centre on 0121 449 5279 (please leave a message and we will call you back) or email firstname.lastname@example.org
